Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use TikTak and have any permission required by applicable law. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Tact Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display and distribute your content as needed to operate, secure and provide TikTak, consistent with your privacy settings. Permission continues as needed for technical copies, legal obligations and content already lawfully shared.

You are responsible for content you post and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

Using TikTak

Do not post unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, impersonate others, harass people, distribute malware, bypass security or misuse the service. We may review reported content and remove content or restrict or suspend accounts for violations or to protect people and the service. You may use the appeal process in TikTak where available.

Stories

Stories stop being available to viewers after 24 hours. Technical copies may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

TikTak may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using TikTak at any time. Contact us to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security or legal reasons. We may revise these terms and will provide notice where required.
